2026 Summer Championship - Round 8: Tamiya Tourers Race 4
What a sensational drive from Alan Ratcliffe in Race 4 tonight! He absolutely dominated the Tamiya Tourer field, leading from the very first lap all the way to the chequered flag. Alan set the pace consistently, crossing the line with a commanding finish. His fastest lap of 17.46 seconds was also the quickest of the entire race, a testament to his stellar performance.
Sophie Cowe fought hard to secure second place. After starting in third, she moved up to P2 on lap two and held that position for the remainder of her race. She completed nine laps in total. Close behind, Robert Bevan took third spot after also starting in fourth and battling his way up to P3 by lap two. He managed to complete eight laps, showing real grit throughout the contest.
Damian McLean showed flashes of brilliance early on, running in second for the opening lap. Unfortunately, a significant issue on lap two saw him drop down the order and he ultimately retired after four laps, finishing in fourth position overall. A tough night for Damian, but he'll be back to fight another day.
