What a sensational B Final we just witnessed for the Tamiya Tourers at the Sevenoaks Model Car Club! Glen Liddle was absolutely in a league of his own tonight, taking a dominant win. He led from the moment the lights went out, and never once relinquished that lead, crossing the line having completed 18 laps. His consistency was remarkable, with only a single lap time above 19 seconds, and his fastest lap of 15.72s was a clear indicator of his pace.
Behind Glen, the battle for the remaining podium spots was fierce. Oscar Pay fought hard, holding second place for the majority of the race after lap 7. He completed 17 laps in total, just shy of Glen's tally. Alan Ratcliffe gave it his all, initially running in second but eventually dropping back to third on lap 8. Alan managed 15 laps, a strong effort on his part. Damian McLean and Donna Belton-Timms completed the field, both finishing on 14 laps after some challenging runs.
Glen Liddle’s commanding performance secured him a well-deserved victory, with Oscar Pay and Alan Ratcliffe rounding out the podium. A fantastic display of driving from all involved in this exciting B Final!
